Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept all major credit cards. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling UK Orders:
All orders over the value of £30 are shipped FREE in the UK. For orders under £30, a small charge of £3 will be added to the total of your order.
(Please note that the above shipping charge is for standard post. Express postage is charged at an extra cost.)

EU Orders:
All orders over the value of £150 are shipped FREE with in EU. For orders under £150, a charge of £10 will be added to the total of your order.

Rest of the World:
All orders over the value of £350 are shipped FREE. For orders under £350, a charge of £20 will be added to the total of your order.

Any applicable taxes or duties are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

Please Note:
Orders placed after 3pm (UK) time and on Weekend (Saturday,Sunday), Bank Holidays will be shipped on following working day.
Delivery Schedule We aim to deliver all UK standard delivery orders within 24-48 hours, however, please do not contact us regarding the delivery status of your order during the first 7 days, except where your order is to have been sent via Guaranteed Next Day Delivery when you should wait 3 days prior to contacting us.
Reasonable allowance should be made for orders made over the weekend and at public holidays.
Where recorded or guaranteed next day delivery is used, the delivery must be signed for.
We may send your order in multiple packages. We will endeavour to advise you of this by email prior to dispatch.
If we attempt delivery via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery and nobody is available to sign for the package, you will be notified that your package is being held for collection.
If you fail to collect the package within the stated time period and the package is returned to us we will consider the order cancelled.
Under these circumstances, prior to making a refund, we will make a charge to cover the post and packing costs of sending the goods to you. An additional postage and packing charge will also be made if you wish the goods to be re-sent.
Please also note that we do not accept responsibility if Royal Mail fails to notify you of an attempted delivery.
Guaranteed Next Day Delivery is a service of the Royal Mail only, no guarantee is provided by us in relation to orders sent using this method and no compensation will be payable by us under any circumstances.

We aim to deliver within 7 working days to most countries worldwide, depending on the destination country (subject to availability). However, please allow up to 14days for delivery.

Goods are dispatched within 24 hours from when we receive your order (subject to availability).

If a product you require is not currently in stock, our Customer Service Team will contact you either by phone or email and inform you of your options.

You may arrange for your order to be delivered to another address other than your Billing/Home Address. You will be able to state an alternative Shipping Address on the order form.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Returns Policy If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase please let us know as soon as possible. Because of the wide range of customers we serve our satisfaction guarantee has limitations depending on the merchandise and quantity you buy. This guarantee is separate from any manufacturers warranty's. We regret that we cannot accept returns or issue any credit on merchandise that has been opened and/or partially used except in the case of manufacturers' defects.

For health and safety reasons, we can not accept returns or issue any refunds or credits for color cosmetics or skincare products. Please make your selections for these items carefully!

All returned merchandise under the satisfaction guarantee must be unused, in good condition and include all original packing. Please package all returns securely and insure the shipment for full value. Returned merchandise must be shipped prepaid via UPS. DHL or Federal Express or it will be refused.

Shipping charges will not be reimbursed except in the case of manufacturers' defects or if there was a shipping error on the part of Directskincare.com.

We want you to be happy with your purchase and will refund the purchase price of the merchandise less shipping and handling costs.

Once the merchandise is received back in our warehouse, a refund or a credit will be issued and you will be notified via E-mail of the amount.


For credit card refunds, please allow two billing cycles for the credit amount to appear on your credit card statement.

Damaged Shipments:

We package all our shipments securely and insure them for safe delivery. If you receive a shipment that has (1) obvious damage to the box or (2) the box rattles like broken glass when shaken, please do not accept or sign for it until after you open the box and verify that the contents are in good condition. If you find damage contact the carrier first, then contact our Customer Services Department within 2 days of receiving your delivery (see bottom of page for contact details), providing your Name, Order Number, Contact Details, and full details of the problem.
